Data Retention Periods

Raindex retains data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and operate customer accounts.

What "Deletion" Means

When deletion is requested, Raindex will remove applicable data from active systems. Certain data may remain in backup systems for a limited period as part of disaster recovery processes, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Requesting Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, you may:

• submit a request through your account settings (if available);
• contact Raindex at privacy@raindex.ai.

Raindex may verify your identity before processing deletion requests. Requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.

Exceptions to Deletion

Deletion requests may be subject to exceptions, including:

• legal holds or litigation requirements;
• active billing or payment disputes;
• regulatory or compliance obligations; and
• legitimate business interests protected by appropriate safeguards.

Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual may be retained.

Data Export Before Deletion

Where available, users may export their data prior to requesting deletion.

Automated Deletion

Raindex may implement automated deletion processes for temporary files, expired data, or data exceeding applicable retention periods.

Third-Party Data

Where data is processed by third-party subprocessors, deletion requests will be addressed in accordance with applicable agreements and technical limitations.
